Product Description

Float equipment serves as the backbone of casing equipment used during primary cementing operations. Float equipment guids the casing to total depth and prevents contaminated mud from entering the casing. Also, it provides a landing point for casing wiper plugs, reinforces the lower end of the casing string, and ensures great accuracy of cement slurry displacement.

Hi Flow valves to reduce fluid erosion and minimize pressure drop. Hi Flow valves are manufactured in two sizes 70mm and 90mm. PDC drillable composite plastic materials used for the valve components. Standard seal rated to 150°C with optional 204°C seal.

Valve body moduled with fibre phenolic,70MPa and 204°C seal. Spring purchased from Canada victoryspring Company,phospher bronze C510 material,high restoring force and drillable. Plunger sealtop moduled with HNBR,70MPa and 204 seal.
